Our origin
Every now and then it's time to remember your origins.
While John F. Kennedy proclaims the legendary phrase "Ich bin ein Berliner" in Berlin and Martin Luther King speaks of his dream, in 1963, in the middle of the Cold War, a young precision mechanic has a completely different vision and founds a company for the manufacture of medical devices in the heart of Leipzig. It soon became clear that the development and manufacture of ENT workstations was one of the young company's core competences. And because everything great begins on a small scale, the forward-looking plan to build modular workstations from many individual devices for any room and treatment situation was born.
This resulted in ENT workstations that were ergonomically and economically convincing. This laid the foundation for steady growth, even in the midst of politically and economically difficult years. In 1979, Ralph Dantschke took over the helm of the family business and successfully manoeuvred it through the storms of the pre-reunification period. Numerous awards attest to the company's growing expertise, which can look back on many satisfied customers at home and abroad. What makes dantschke Medizintechnik so unique is that the company's basic virtues - building medical technology that is as efficient, durable and low-maintenance as possible - have remained the guiding principle for all its actions.
Half a century of successful dantschke company history is naturally also an incentive for us to continue to inspire you, our customers, today and in the future with innovative and customised solutions.
